2022年10月，开通网上报名及资料提交专门通道，参赛者进行资料准备及提交；工作人员进行资料初审，初审通过的申报项目即可在网上进行展示、宣传及配合推广。
Since October 2022, the online registration and document submission has launched, through which competitors can prepare related document for submission; staff begin the document initial review and application passed the initial review will be exhibited and promoted online.

在复审投票前，参评企业可以向组委会申请，邀约本届神灯奖提名委员和合作机构代表去进行申报项目考察。
Previous to the secondary review voting, the participated enterprises can invite 2023 Alighting Award nominating committee and representatives from cooperative organizations through the committee.

2022年12月-2023年4月期间将举办4次海选投票+公开评审活动，对所有当前阶段参评的项目进行评选。
From December 2022 to April 2023, there will be 4 auditions + public review activities to select all the projects evaluated at the current stage.

组委会秘书处在阿拉丁照明网、神灯奖官网上公示优秀奖获奖名单，如有异议，在公示期内（7日）向主办方提出书面意见。
The secretariat of the organizing committee will publicize the shortlisted of outstanding items on www.alighting.cn and sdj.alighting.cn. Any objection shall be submitted to the organizer with written comments within the publicity period (7 days).
2023年5月中旬 优秀奖颁奖+最佳奖终审会议
Mid May,2023 Excellence Award+Best Award Final Review Meeting
组委会将举办优秀奖颁奖活动，并召集终审委员会召开闭门会议，投票评选出最佳获奖结果。
The organizing committee will hold an excellent award ceremony and convene a closed meeting of the final adjudication committee to vote for the best award results.
