本产品为单组份室温固化硅橡胶。在金属软管或密封容器中可以长期保存，当接触空气便吸收空气中的微量水分而固化。本产品为中性有机硅密封胶，对绝大多数材料均具有良好的粘接密封性能，电绝缘性能好，防水、防潮、防耐寒、防电晕，并且有吸震缓冲作用，具有良好的耐高低温性能，耐温范围为-60～+200℃；本品耐户外老化性能好，使用寿命长；主要用于LED护拦管、节能灯、洗墙灯、日光灯及电子元器件的粘合等。

技术及工艺创新要点：

1、清洁表面：将被粘或被涂覆物表面整理干净，除去锈迹，灰尘和油污等。
2、施胶：对于塑料管包装，用刀片削开前部尖端部分，套上尖嘴，用挤压枪将胶液挤到已清洁干净的表面（对于50ml包装，拧开胶管盖帽即可施胶），将被粘面合拢固定即可。
3、固化：将涂装好的部件置于空气中，让其室温固化，完全固化视厚度而定，（2～3mm厚度，室温25℃，湿度50%，24小时可完全固化。）
4、注意事项：操作完成后，未用完的胶立即密封保存。再次使用时，若封口处有少许结皮，将其去除即可，不影响正常使用。
5、保存方式：应在阴凉之处存入，避免太阳直晒、雨淋。

5. Storage: Store in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight and rain.
